Kathryn A. Baird, age 67, of Buford, GA passed away on Friday, February 9, 2018. She was preceded in death by her father, George Michael Lawrence. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Lisa J. Baird and husband Patrick Price, Atlanta, GA; son and daughter-in-law, Brian and Lisa K. Baird, Grayson, GA; grandchildren, Ava Baird, Piper Price, Nicholas Montana and Sophie Montana; mother, Betty Lawrence, North Versailles, PA; brother and sister-in-law, George and Paula Lawrence, Irwin, PA; and sisters and brothers-in-law, Mary Beth and Mario Iannitto, Port Orchard, WA, Barbara Regan, North Versailles, PA, and Annette and Jim Jubert, Irwin, PA, as well as several nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends. Kathy was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, on January 15, 1951. She attended Braddock School of Nursing in Braddock, Pennsylvania, graduating as an RN in 1971. She was devoted to helping people throughout her nursing career. A memorial/celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, February 24, 2018 from 12:00 noon until time of service at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Visiting Nurse Health System|Hospice Atlanta in memory of Kathryn A. Baird.
