Millicent E. McLean (age 87) was of Kingston, Jamaica and resided in Tucker, GA at the time of her passing (Thursday, April 13th, 2017). She was preceded in death by her parents, Granville and Celestine Clare; Husband, Austin McLean; Daughters Yvonne Fairclough, Paulette Kennedy and Marie Ann Carr; Sisters Gwendolyn Washington and Olive Dalhouse. Mrs. McLean is survived by her children: Janette, Randolph, Horace, Lorane and Cheryl. She is survived by her children in-law: Victor, Lorna, Tenneth, Joan and Andrew. She is survived by her siblings: Bernice, Orville, Violet, Adassa, Dorothy and Emily. She is survived by 13 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, her nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 22nd, 2017 at 12 p.m. (viewing: 12 p.m. - 1 p.m.; Service: 1 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.) at St. Columba's Episcopal Church (939 James Burgess Road, Suwanee, GA 30024), with Father Tripp Norris officiating. Internment will follow at Broadlawn Memorial Gardens (5979 New Bethany Road, Buford, GA 30518). Repast will follow.
